🎶 Precious Memories 🎼 How they linger 🎵 How they ever flood my soul 🎶 Wow! What a treasure! Every once in a while God blesses you with the memory of a past victory He uses to encourage you in the way. I just heard from a friend I hadn’t heard from in at least 2 decades. Jason Nelson, one of my best friends in high school, just reached out to me by sending me this reminder (see image below). I would pick Jason up and bring him to church with me on Sundays and Wednesdays. One Wednesday night on the way home from church, Jason was drawn by the cords of Christ’s love and there on the side of the road, I had the privilege of leading him to the Lord as he received Christ as his Savior! This is the dedication page of the Bible I gave him after that moment in his life. Today, I could not have received a better memory of a past victory… because it is to Jason still a very present and meaningful victory! Hallelujah, what a Saviour we serve!!
